吡喹酮早期治疗对日本血吸虫虫卵肉芽肿形成的影响

摘    要:感染日本血吸虫尾蚴的小鼠分别于感染后35d(PQT_1组)和45d(PQT_2组)用治愈剂量吡喹酮治疗。观察感染后45~115d的肝脏肉芽肿的体积变化。结果:PQT_1组治后10d不能或仅形成很小的虫卵肉芽肿,体积较对照组缩小73.01%,至115d肉芽肿体积缩小98.55%;PQT_2组治疗前肉芽肿体积与对照无明显差别,治后2周肉芽肿缩小43.20%,至115d肉芽肿缩小95.65%。认为吡喹酮不但可以抑制虫卵肉芽肿的形成,而且可以限制已形成的肉芽肿的进一步发展。

Abstract:Mice infected experimently with schislosoma japonicum were treated by a cure dose of praziquantel on the 35th day(PQT_1)and the 45th day (PQT_2) post-infect ion respectively. The changes of hepatic granuloma induced by eggs of schistosoma japonicum were observed after treatment.The results show that; (1) Tn PQT_1, none or small granulomas were noted and the volume of granuloma was reduced by 73.01% as compared with control 45d post-infection (10d post-therapy) and by 98.55% 115d post-infection. (2) There was no significant difference of granuloma volumes between PQT_2 and control before treatment, but the volumes was reduced by 43.20%tw( weeks post-therapy and by 95.65% 115d post-infection in PQT_2. The str- ucture of liver tissue recovered to nearly normal level in 8 weeks after treatment. This article demonstrated that praziquantel could not only inhibit the formation of hepatic granulomas induced by eggs of Schistosoma japonicum but also limit the development of granuloma which had been formed in liver.
