下鼻甲注射得保松等混合药液封闭治疗变应性鼻炎78例临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨下鼻甲注射复方倍他米松注射液药物封闭治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法在下鼻甲注射混合药液,每侧3ml(含10%氯化钠2ml、2%利多卡因0.5ml、复方倍他米松注射液0.5ml),对78例变应性鼻炎患者进行治疗。注射当天和注射后5个月,用VAS评分法对鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕四个主要症状进行评分,比较注射前后的分值变化,确定其疗效。分值降低5分以上为显效,降低3分以上为有效,分值降低不足3分为无效。结果注射后5个月,显效16例(20.5%),有效54例(69.2%),近期总有效率89.7%,无效为8例(10.3%);41例随访2年,11例(14.1%)未复发,为临床痊愈。结论下鼻甲药物注射(氯化钠、复方倍他米松注射液、利多卡因)是治疗变应性鼻炎的简单有效方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on injecting medicament into inferior turbinate for the treatment of allergic rhinitis with diprospan.Methods 78 patients with allergic rhinitis enrolled in the study.To inject 3 ml medicament(2 ml 10%sodium chloride,0.5 ml 2%lidocaine,0.5 ml diprospan)into inferior turbinate each side.Before injection and in 5 months after injection,nasal obstruction,nasal tickles,sneeze and snot were investigated by visual analogue scale(VAS).It was obvious efficacy if the score over 5 and efficacy if the score over 3 score,below 3 was non-effective.Results In 5 months after injection,16(20.5%)cases were effective obviously,54(69.2%)cases were effective,8(10.3%)cases were non-effective,11(14.1%)cases did not recurrent followed up for 2 years.Conclusion Injecting medicament into inferior turbinate is one of the valid,feasible methods of the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
