| Abstract: | The authors pondered over the whole process of teaching ‘over the counter and family self-medication’ as a gener elective course. According to the concrete situation of the students and the speciality of the course, they made a summary their teaching experiences as follows: adjusting the teaching materials to accommodate students’ backgrounds, integrating theor with practice to educate the students both intellectually and morally, adopting various teaching methods to raise students’ interest and combing the presence or absence with the final examination, etc. Their aim was to attract a jade by throwing out a bric and thereby make everybody to pay attention to the teaching of the general elective courses. |
