| 摘 要： | 目的探讨昆明地区2型糖尿病的主要危险因素，以指导开展2型糖尿病预防控制工作。方法选取昆明地区新近发现的2型糖尿病患者131例，进行1：1匹配病例对照研究，通过条件Logistic回归分析，探讨2型糖尿病的主要危险因素。结果昆明地区人群2型糖尿病的主要危险因素是超重肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、经历不良生活事件、喜食甜食等；经常参加体育锻炼、食用植物油和多食新鲜蔬菜等是2型糖尿病的保护因素。结论提倡合理膳食、加强体育锻炼、控制体重、注意心理平衡、改变不良行为习惯等是预防2型糖尿病的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the risk factors of type 2 diabetes for proper interventions. Methods A case control study including 131 type 2 diabete s cases and 131 controls in Kunming was carried out.A total number of 27 factors were analyzed using logistic regression analysis. Results The overweight and obesity,insulin resistance,st ress incident and addiction to sweetment etc were the major risk factors of type 2 diabetes.Meanwhile,the regular physical activities,vegetable oil and fresh gre enstuff etc were the protective factors of type 2 diabetes.Conclusion The reasonable diet,taking physical exercise,c ontrol of weight,maintenance of good psychological condition,changing illlivine habit etc,were the important measures to prevent type 2 diabetes. |
