平庀清对小鼠阴道上皮细胞增殖的抑制作用

目的以活血化瘀、祛风通络为主要作用的中药十余种组方,观察小鼠服用药物后对其阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的影响,以研究其抗增殖、抗炎及活血化瘀的功效,同时证实该中药复方的药物功效,及用于临床治疗以表皮细胞增殖、分化异常为特征的皮肤病,如银屑病等的机理。方法小鼠分别经灌胃给予中药煎剂,MTX或生理盐水。两周后处死小鼠,取阴道标本石蜡包埋,HE染色,显微镜下计数有丝分裂指数。结果对照组有丝分裂指数为11.72±1.45,MTX组为2.63±0.74,与对照组相比t=60.6,P<0.01。中药组为7.61±1.77,t=13.26,P<0.01。两组比较P<0.05有统计学意义。结论中药组与MTX组均能显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞的有丝分裂,但中药组与MTX组相比,抑制作用弱于MTX组(P<0.05)。结果表明,中药药物组与MTX组均通过抑制表皮细胞的增殖达到治疗银屑病的作用,但中药组的抑制作用弱于MTX组。

The Inhibiting Effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine Activating Blood Circulation and Removing the Stasis to Mouse's Epithelial Cell Proliferation of Vagina

Objective To observe the effect of various kinds of Chinese Traditional Medicine(CTM),which can activate blood circulation and remove the stasis,on proliferation of mouse's vaginal epithelial cell.Methods The mouse taken CTM,MTX or physiologic saline orally after two weeks were killed.The mouse's specimen of vagina were embedded and stained with HE.Mitotic indexes were counted under the microscope.Results Mitotic index in the control group was 11.72±1.45 and in the MTX group was 2.63±0.74,t value was 60.6(P<0.01).Mitotic index in CTM group was 7.61±1.77,t value was 13.26(P<0.01).Conclusion Proliferation of mouse's vaginal epithelial cell can be inhibited by MTX and CTX.The inhibiting effect of CTM is small than that of MTX.This indicates CTM and MTX can treat the psoriasis through inhibiting the proliferation of keratinocyte.
