| 摘 要： | 1995年前射频消融（RFCA）治疗各类心动过速120例，总成功率97.5％。采用心电图、动态心电图或经食管心房调搏检查保持随访的共108例，随访时间6～35个月，复发3例，心动过速复发率2．8％。复发的3例经分析与消融放电时间太短、未能造成稳定性损伤有关。59例术后1～3个月二维超声心动图复查未发现因RFCA而造成心脏结构、舒缩功能和射血分数等改变。

| Abstract: | 120 cases with varied tachycardia were treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in our hospital before 1996. The successful rate of RFCA was 97. 5 %. 108 cases were followed up by ECG,DCG or TEAP for 6~35 months. The tachycardias were recurred in 3 cases, the recurrent rate of 2. 8%. The cause of recurrence may be mainly related with too short duration of electric discharging, so that the produced damages were not stabilized. 59 cases were reexamined with echocardiography in 1 ~ 3 months after operation, which showed no change in cardiac structure, diastolic function and ejection fraction. |
