| 摘 要： | 目的：研究合并肾功能不全的双侧上尿路结石腔内窥镜手术的效果。方法：回顾13例合并肾功能不全的双侧上尿路结石患者采用腔内窥镜手术治疗的临床资料。结果：13例患者手术均获得成功,急性肾功能不全患者术后肾功能完全恢复正常,慢性肾功能不全患者术后肌酐维持在442μmol/L以下时不需血液透析,需反复血液透析者2例（15.3%）。结论：腔内窥镜手术治疗合并肾功能不全的双侧上尿路结石,创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、疗效确切,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment effects of bilateral upper urinary tract stone with renal failure in endoscopic surgery.Method A retrospective study was made on the data of 13 cases with bilateral upper urinary tract stone with renal failure,who were treated by endoscopic surgery since May 2005.Results Thirteen cases were all cured successfully by operation.The patients with acute renal failure had got normal serum Cr levels,and those with chronic renal failure got reduced serum Cr under 442μmol/L,didn't need hemodialysis.Two cases needed hemodialysis(15.3%).Conclusion Bilateral upper urinary tract stone with renal failure treated by endoscopic surgery has the advantages of microinvasion,rapid recovery,shorter hospitalization and exact efficacy. |
