脑梗死患者糖化血红蛋白与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系探讨

目的探讨血液糖化血红蛋白（GHbA1c）水平与颈动脉粥样硬化（AS）的关系。方法选择病程在1周之内的急性脑梗死患者52例作为脑梗死组,30例健康查体者作为对照组,采用高效液相离子交换层析法测定血液GHbA1c浓度,应用彩色电脑声像仪进行颈动脉超声检查,测量颈动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT）、观察AS斑块数和性质及其位置。结果脑梗死组血液GHbA1c水平和颈动脉IMT、斑块数升高,与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两组血液GHbA1c水平均与颈动脉IMT呈正相关。结论GHbA1c可能促进了AS的发生和发展,降低血液GHbA1c含量对AS的防治有益。

Relationship between Glycated Hemoglobin A1c Level and Carotid Atherosclerosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship between the blood glycated hemoglobin A1c(GHbA1c) level and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 52 patients with acute cerebral infarction within 1 week after first symptom onset were chosen as observation group,and 30 age and sex matched controls were selected from healthy examinees.The level of blood GHbA1c was quantified with high effect liquid phase ion exchange chromatography.Measuring the intima-media thickness(IMT),observing the number,the char-acter and the location of the plaques,carotid artery ultrasonic examination was administered by multicolor computer sound image apparatus.Results Compared with the controls,blood GHbA1c,IMT and the number of the plaques were all significantly raised in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.01).Blood GHbA1c showed a positive correlation with carotid IMT in both groups.Conclusion GHbA1c can aggregate the development of the carotid atherosclerosis.It could be beneficial for the precaution of carotid atherosclerosis to decrease the level of GHbA1c.
