| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声检查对腹部脏器外伤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析203例腹部外伤患者的超声图像表现并与手术所见及住院保守治疗复查后超声图像进行对比分析。结果203例中，超声确诊的脏器损伤病例192例，诊断符合率94．58％。其中脾损伤109例，肝损伤56例，肾损伤19例，胰腺损伤3例，肠管损伤5例，漏诊11例。结论超声检查对腹部脏器外伤可迅速、准确地诊断，应作为首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objoctive To explore the value of uhrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominnal visceral trauma.Methods Retrospective a total of 203 patients ultrasonic images of abdominal trauma and contrast analysis with operation findings and conservative treatment recheck images.Results.Among the203 cases,109 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography correctly,the coincidence rate was 94.58%.Of which 109 cases of splenic rupture,56 cases of liver ruptuer,19 cases of kidney ruptuer,3 cases of pancreatic ruptuer,5 cases of intestinal ruptuer,missed 11 cases.Conclusion Ultrasonography should he the fist line imaging modality for its hinh efficiency and accuracy. |
