| 摘 要： | 1985～1991年间,我们对连续100例疑为直肠癌的病人。进行先戴橡皮手套行直肠指诊并取脱落细胞,再戴三层指套取直肠脱落细胞然后取活检。结果与术后手术标本组织切片对照,单纯橡皮手套阳性率为21%,三层指套取材阳性率为100%,活检阳性率为91%。

| Abstract: | During a five-year period(1986～1991),a hundred consecutive patients of suspected rectal can- cer were examined with several methods.At first,a rubber glove was used for rectal touch examina- tion and collecting the exfoliative cells of the rectum,then a tri-finger-cot was used for collecting the exfoliative ceils,and finally biopsy.As compared with the pathologic diagnosis of the operative specimens,the positive rate of the rubber glove was 21%.whereas that of the tri-finger-cot and biopsy were 100% and 91%,respectively. |
