NO与PGE1对肺动脉高压犬血流动力学影响的对比研究

摘    要:对比研究了吸入NO与静脉输注PGE1治疗肺微血管栓塞肺动脉高压犬的血流动力学效果,结果表明,NO与PGE1均显著降低肺动脉压和肺循环阻力,但PGE1显著影响体循环,而NO组心率、血压和体循环阻力均无明显变化,提示NO比PGE1更具有肺血管扩张选择性,治疗肺动脉高压NO明显优于PGE1。

Abstract:Toevaluatetheefectsofnitricoxide(NO)onhemodynamicsinpulmonaryhypertensivedogs,eighteenadultmongreldogswithpulmonaryhypertensioninducedbymicroemboli,wererandomlydividedintothreegroups,eachreceivedintravenousnormalsaline,prostaglandinE1(PGE1)orinhaledNOfortwohours.Alhemodynamicparameterswerestableinthecontrolgroup;Thereweresignificantdecreaseinmeanpulmonaryarterypressure(MPAP)andpulmonaryvascularresistanceindex(PVRI)whileheartrate(HR),meansystemicarterypressure(MSAP),systemicvascularresistanceindex(SVRI)toNo,andcardiacindex(CI)remainedstableininhaledNOgroup;PGE1hadsimilarefectonMPAPandPVRI,buthadasingnificantinfluenceonsystemiccirculation.Theresultssuggestthatin-halingNOhasseletivevasculardilatationeffectonpulmonarycirculationandissuperiortoPGE1inthetreatmentofpulmonaryhypertension.
