| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康促进干预对社区糖尿病防治效果的影响。方法对社区确诊的糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组。对干预组采取为期3年的一系列健康促进干预措施,对照组不进行特殊干预。结果干预组的健康知识知晓率、规范治疗率有显著提高(P<0.05),餐后血糖下降(P<0.05)。结论健康促进干预可以提高社区糖尿病患者健康知识水平及对规范治疗的依从性;可以促进糖尿病患者餐后血糖的控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Health-Promoting Model onPreventing and cure diabetes mellitus in community. METHODS Divided diabetics who were diag nosed into the intervention group and the comparison group,took a series of heal th-promoting intervention measure to the in tervention group for the three years ,there wasn't any special intervention to the comparison group. RESULTS The awar eness ratio of the healthy knowledge had the remarkable increase,the ratio of st andard treatment also did(P <0.05),blood glucose after meal lowered(P<0.05). CON CLUSION The Community health-promoting model is an effective way for controlling diabetics'blood glucose after meal,improving the level of the healthy knowledge and compliance of the standard treatment. |
