铅对生长发育期小鼠学习记忆行为及脑内NO含量的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨长期低铅染毒对生长发育期小鼠学习记忆行为影响的机制。方法 采用开场试验、T型水迷宫等行为观察和生化检测相结合的方法 ,观察长期低铅染毒对生长期小鼠学习记忆及脑内NO、SOD活性及MDA含量的变化。结果 与对照组相比 :(1) 0 .0 75 %醋酸铅染毒组小鼠学习能力呈明显损伤 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 ) 0 .0 75 %醋酸铅染毒组小鼠脑内NO含量、SOD活性明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,而MDA含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 长期低铅染毒对生长发育期小鼠学习能力有显著损伤 ,这种损伤可能与脑内NO含量、SOD活性下降、MDA含量升高有一定的相关性。

Abstract:Objective To study the mechanism of lead exposure on the capability of learning memory behavior in growing mice . Method The experimental mice were divided into four groups, which were intoxicated with oral exposure to lead acetate (0.025%,0.05%,0.075% group) and distilled water (control group)for 8 weeks, respectively. The changes of learning and memory were observed in open field ,T water-maze test. The contents of NO,MDA and activity of SOD in mice's brain were investigated by biochemical measurement. Results Compared with control (1) the learning ability decreased in 0.075% group mice ( P <0.01);(2)the content of NO and activity of SOD in mice's brain was lower in 0.075% group ( P <0.01), but MDA was higher( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Low lead exposure could significantly damage the capacity of learning and this damages may be related with the contents of NO, MDA and activity of SOD in mice's brain.
