军医大学任职教育课程体系构建研究

任职教育课程体系改革是当前军队院校教育转型的重点内容，是培养复合型军事医学人才的迫切要求。文章认真剖析目前军医大学任职教育课程体系存在的问题，合理借鉴外军经验，充分调研部队需求，以“能力本位”课程观为主导，按照课程结构模块化的设计理念，提出了任职教育模块化课程体系的基本框架。

On construction of in-service education curriculum system

In-service education curriculum system reform, as the and universities, appeals to the urgent requirement of cultivating key element of educational transformation in military colleges compound military medical talents. This paper,by analyzing the existing problems in military in-service education, referring to the experiences in foreign armies and investigating the military demands,proposes a basic framework for modularized in-service education curriculum system guided by ability-based curriculum perspective, under the guidance of the designing philosophy of modularized curriculum structure.
