| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结重型格林 -巴利综合征 (GBS)的护理经验。方法 :将 45例重型格林 -巴利综合征患者安置在监护病房 ,立即行气管切开术 ,使用呼吸机辅助呼吸。结果 :45例中抢救成功 36例 ,占 80 % ,死亡 9例 ,占 2 0 %。结论 :及时行气管切开术使用呼吸机辅助呼吸 ,加强气管切开后护理 ,预防肺部感染、营养不良等并发症发生 ,可提高治愈率 ,降低死亡率

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for nursing experience of GBS patie~nts.Method:45 patients were given tracheotomy and applied respirators as soon as possible in the ICU.Result:36 cases(80%) lived through,9 cases(20%) died and the death rate fell down obviously compared with 1996(29.4%).Conclusion:Tra~cheotomy respirator and enhanced nursing to avoid lung infection and malnutrition increased the healing rate and decreased the death rate of grave GBS patients. |
