| 摘 要： | 目的对心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平的变化及其临床意义进行分析。方法选取2010年7月至2013年7月间心力衰竭患者112例作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检人员112例作为对照组。对两组人员进行血浆脑钠肽水平及临床相关指标检查,并且比较分析。结果观察组中患者血浆脑钠肽值相较于对照组高,随患者心功能级别增高而升高,且两组受检人员LVEF、LVEDD及LVESD等临床指标有差异,P<0.05。结论心力衰竭患者的血浆脑钠肽值较高,且血浆脑钠肽作为心功能不全的重要临床诊断指标有较高临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveChanges of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with congestive heart failure and its clinical significance analysis. MethodsFrom July 2010 to July 2013 year in July 112 cases of patients with heart failure as the observation group, the other 112 heathy controls. Plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels and clinical index of examination of two group, comparative analysis.ResultsThe plasma brain natriuretic peptide values in the group compared with the control group, the heart function of patients with level increases, and the two groups were LVEF, LVEDD and LVESD and other clinical indicators there are differences,P〈0.05.ConclusionPlasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients with heart failure is higher, important clinical diagnostic index and plasma brain natriuretic peptide in heart failure has higher clinical value. |
