涂阳肺结核密切接触者感染风险的认知调查

目的了解结控门诊涂阳肺结核密切接触者对结核病感染风险的认知状况,为有效开展密切接触者健康教育提供依据。方法使用问卷调查方式对结控门诊肺结核密切接触者154人进行感染风险认知状况调查。结果 57%的肺结核密切接触者对身处高危的结核病感染风险不知晓;不同年龄、学历及职业肺结核密切接触者常见感染风险认知存在统计学差异(均P<0.001)。结论加强涂阳肺结核密切接触者感染风险认知的教育,是提高密切接触者受检率的关键,也是控制传染源和切断传播途径的重要措施。

Perception Survey of Close Contacts of Smear-Positive Tuberculosis Infection Risk

ObjectiveTo understand the tuberculosis infection risk of cognitive status of close contacts with outpatient smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis , and provide the basis for effective health education work in close contacts.MethodsTo investigate the tuberculosis infection risk of cognitive status of 154 close contacts with outpatient smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis with questionnaire.Results57% of close contacts did not know the high-risk of TB infection, there is a statistically signiifcant difference（P〈0.001）, about the tuberculosis infection risk perception in close contacts of different age, educational background and career.ConclusionsStrengthening the education of close contacts with smear-positive tuberculosis about infection risk perception is the key to improve the examination rate of close contacts, and the important measure to contoll the source of infection and cut off the transmission of important measures.
