宫腔镜下内膜切除术后的护理

目的研究宫腔镜下内膜切除术后的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院在2010年5月至2013年5月间收治的76例宫腔镜下行内膜切除术患者的临床资料,随机将患者分为两组,每组各38例病例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度与并发症情况。结果观察组中有32例患者护理满意,5例患者护理较满意,总满意度为97.4%。对照组中有25例患者护理满意,4例患者护理较满意,总满意度为76.3%。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率为2.6%(1例),对照组并发症率为13.2%(5例),观察组并发症率低于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预有利于降低患者并发症率,提高护理满意度,促进患者身体的康复。

Care of after Hysteroscopic Endometrial Resection

ObjectiveResearch after hysteroscopic endometrial resection under the nursing method.MethodsRetrospective analysis in May 2010 to May 2013 were of the clinical data of 76 patients with endometrial resection under hysteroscopy, randomly divided the patients into two groups, each group of 38 cases, control group using conventional nursing intervention, the observation group USES the comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing and complications.Results32 patients in observation group nursing satisfaction, 5 patients nursing satisfactory, total satisfaction was 97.4%. Observation group nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group, compared with statistical signiifcance（P〈0.05）.Observation group complication rate was 2.6%（1 case）,the control complication rate was 13.2%（5 cases）, observation group complication rate is lower than the control group, compared with statistical signiifcance（P〈0.05）.ConclusionEffective nursing intervention is helpful to decrease the rate of patients with complications, improve nursing satisfaction, promote patients recovery of the body.
