冠心病中医证分类及其关联理化指标的研究

从病证结合模式进行冠心病的现代研究是主要模式之一。冠心病中医证的特点多认为包括虚、实两类，虚多责之气、阴、阳，实多有血瘀、痰浊、寒凝、气滞等，且分布随时代与地域不同发生变化。大量研究旨在探讨冠心病中医证与冠脉造影、心电图、心功能、脂代谢、凝血功能、血流变、内皮功能等理化指标之间的相关性，虽具参考价值，但结论不尽一致，提示单一指标与证的相关性可能不强，还需考虑群组指标与证之间的联系。

Research on the Syndrome Classification of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Associated Physiochemical Indexes

The form of the integrated disease and syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is one of the modern researches on coronary heart disease(CHD).Two characteristics of TCM syndrome of CHD feature deficiency and excess.The deficiency in CHD often refers to lacking in qi,yin or yang,while the excess in CHD covers blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,coagulated cold and qi stagnation,etc.The proportion of these syndrome elements in CHD patients changes over time and with different regions.Many studies aimed to expose some correlations between the TCM syndromes of CHD and physiochemical indexes,such as coronary angiography,electrocardiogram,the heart function,lipid metabolism,blood coagulation function,hemorrheology and endothelial function.Yet these studies had certain reference values,but with mixed conclusion.More importantly,one syndrome of CHD had a low correlation with a single index.Therefore,an indicator group of indexes should be considered.
