当代病证结合研究思路和方法进展评析

该文回顾、分析了当代西医病与中医证结合研究的主要进展及其相应的研究思路和方法。当代病证结合研究的主要内容包括辨证标准的研究,特定疾病的分型、分期、核心病机研究和证本质研究。其中,辨证标准的研究和疾病的分型、分期、核心病机研究多采用“以病统证”的研究思路,证本质的研究主要采用“以证统病”的研究思路。最后提出未来病证结合的研究：应始终坚持面向临床,为提高中医临床诊疗水平服务;亟需进一步挖掘中医原创思维;更应注重充分吸纳现代科学技术和方法。

Review on the Progress of Research Ideas and Methods for the Integrated Disease and Syndrome

This review discussed and analyzed the research contents,ideas and methods of the integrated disease and syndrome,and the research progress on the convergence of diseases in modern western medicine and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The main content of current researches on integrated disease and syndrome covered the criteria of syndrome differentiation,type and period classification of special diseases,core pathogenesis,and the essence of syndrome.Among these fields,the research idea of "a disease governing the syndromes" was adopted in the studies on the criteria of syndrome differentiation,type and period classification of special diseases,and core pathogenesis,while the theory of "a syndrome governing the diseases" was applied in the study of the essence of syndrome.In the end of this review,the initiative of researches on integrated disease and syndrome in the future was put forward.We should uphold the perspective originated from clinical practices to promote the levels of diagnosis and treatment of TCM.To explore the originality of TCM theory was also needed.More importantly,modern scientific technology and method should be deeply penetrated into the studies of TCM.
