冠心病痰瘀互结分子生物学机理研究现

摘    要:目的:本文从蛋白质组学、基因组学、代谢组学等系统生物学层面,在脂质代谢、炎症反应、血液流变学变化与凝血功能、血管内皮细胞损伤、胰岛素抵抗等7个方面,对冠心病痰瘀互结证的分子生物学机理研究现状进行总结。研究发现,虽然学者们已对冠心病痰瘀互结证分子生物学机理进行了大量研究,由于研究手段的多样化、研究方法的不同、研究层面的差异,单独的某一项或几项指标不能完全阐释冠心病痰瘀互结证的本质。复杂网络正是针对复杂现象或复杂问题发展而来的一种新方法,利用复杂网络学研究冠心病痰瘀互结证所涉及多系统、多层面、多指标,通过复杂网络学的方法,开展全面、系统和深入的研究,可能是全面了解冠心病痰瘀互结证基础生物学的新途径。

Abstract:This study summerized the current research progress on the molecular mechanisms of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis(PBS)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in coronary heart disease(CHD)in the sight of proteomics,genomics and metabonomics,discussing according to the studies in the fields of lipid metabolism,inflammatory cytokines,blood rheology and coagulation,endothelial cell damage and insulin resistance index,etc.Though numerous researches for the biological mechanism of PBS syndrome in CHD were reported,evidence from single index or only several combined indexes was too weak to elucidate the essence of the PBS syndrome rested on various research instruments,different experimental design and aspects.Complex network was a new tool developed when these phenomenon emerged.The complexity among mixed indexes of the PBS syndrome can be learned using the complex network systematacially with multiple levels and indicators.Complex network provided a new way to comprehensively understand the biological mechanism of the PBS syndrome of CHD through allround,systematic and profound studies.
