护理干预对腹腔镜低位及超低位直肠癌术后肛门功能的影响

目的：探索分析全程护理干预对于腹腔镜低位以及超低位直肠癌患者保肛术后肛门功能的具体作用和影响。方法：将本院收治的100例符合条件的腹腔镜低位及超低位直肠癌患者作为研究对象并进行综合护理干预，对其肛门功能进行评估。结果：术后3个月，患者肛门功能良好率为76.00%，术后6个月，患者肛门功能良好率为88.00%。结论：全程护理干预可以有效促进腹腔镜低位以及超低位直肠癌患者保肛术后肛门功能的恢复，有利于患者预后，具有极大的推广应用价值。

Influence of nursing intervention on anal function after laparoscopic low and super low rectal cancer operation

Objective: To explore the effect and influence of the whole course nursing intervention on the anus function of low and ultra low rectal cancer patients after anus preserving operation. Methods: 100 cases of laparoscopic low and super low rectal cancer patients treated in our hospital were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results: 3 months after operation, the anal function of patients was 76%, 6 months after operation, the good rate was 88%. Conclusion: the whole course nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of anal function in patients with low rectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery, which is conducive to the prognosis of patients, and has great value of popularization and application.
