| 摘 要： | 目的：建立清心平肝口服液的水提工艺。方法：以丹参索为考察指标，用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定，并用正交试验法优化提取条件。结果：用10倍量水煎煮两次，每次1．5h。结论：提取时间对清心平肝口服液药材中丹参素的提取率有较大影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an optimum extract method of Qingxinpinggan Oral Liquid with water.Methods:The content of przewatanshinquinone in Qingxinpinggan Oral Liquid was determined by HPLC,and the orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the extracting conditions.Results:The przewatanshinquinone was reflux extracted with water twice,1.5h per time,10 times in volume of weights of the Chinese herbal medicine.Conclusion:The tine have a great influence upon the extracting efficiency of przewatanshinquinone. |
