腹腔镜下胆囊切除术附24例报告

成功地完成了24例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术。此种方法切除胆囊损伤小,痛苦小,恢复快,而且安全。为避免胆管损伤等并发症,我们在病人选择、麻醉监测、病人体位、穿刺部位选择、术中显露、解剖分离、胆囊的取出及手术人员的培训等方面进行了探索。

Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy with 24 Cases Report

Laparoscopic cholecystectomies are successfully performed by us for 24 cases. It is a new, safe and effective operation. The benefits of laparoscopic cholecystectomy are minimal trauma; minimal pain; and quicker recovery. To avoid the complications; such as bile duct injury, this report describes someimportant things in the patient selection; anesthesia moni- tor; patient's position; the trocar site; the exposure of the operation field; the anatomic dis- section; the removal of gallbladder and the training of surgeons, our new technic is a deve- loped surgical procedure.
