| 摘 要： | 解偶联蛋白2在体内广泛分布,与机体能量代谢和胰岛素分泌密切相关,并参与脂质过氧化的体内调节。因此,解偶联蛋白2与2型糖尿病关系是目前2型糖尿病病因学研究的热点之一。本文就与解偶联蛋白2相关的2型糖尿病发病机制以及遗传流行病学的研究现状作一综述。

| Abstract: | Research on the relationship between uncoupling protein-2(UCP2) and type 2 diabetes mellitus is now becoming an attractive area in exploring the mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus. UCP2,which distributes widely in human body and participates in the regulation of lipid peroxidation,is related to energy metabolism and glucose-induced insulin secretion. Therefore,study on the relationship between polymorphism of UCP2 gene and type 2 diabetes mellitus becomes an important branch of further researches. This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between UCP2 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
