| 摘 要： | 切实提高医疗设备的维护管理水平,将有效提高医疗设备建设水平,进而提高医院硬件达标水平。本文就以人为本,建设高素质的设备维护队伍;不断完善医疗设备维护管理各项规章制度;充分发挥技术人员的积极性与创造性三方面阐述了搞好医疗设备维护管理的具体方法及其重要性。

| Abstract: | Raising the level of management of medical equipment can improve the medical equipment construction level effectively to promote the hospital hardware standards level. In this paper, the author discussed the methods and importance of maintenance and management of medical devices by forming a high-quality of working team, perfecting various regulations and encouraging innovation of staffs. |
