成形性囊肿切开术在颌骨囊肿治疗中的应用

目的:探讨成形性囊肿切开术行颌骨囊肿的疗效。方法:回顾性分析38例颌骨囊肿,进行成形性囊肿切开术的临床资料。结果:通过X线片中发现囊肿可逐渐自行缩小,变浅,囊肿腔内骨密度增高,有不同程度的新骨形成。结论:对某些含牙囊肿、较大的颌骨囊肿、颌骨囊肿摘除术后所遗留的死腔,以不能而授大型手术的患者,应用成形性囊肿切开术是一种有效的方法,值得在基层医疗机构推广。

The Clinic Application of Forming Cystitomy in Treating Mandibular and Maxillary Cyst

Objective: Using the forming Cystitomy to treat the mandibular and maxillary cyst.Methods:In clinic,the effect of forming cystitomy on 38 cases of mandibular and maxillary cyst was analyzed.Results:We have collected 38 cases of using the formation cystitomy to treat the mandibular and maxillary cyst,through X-ray,we found the cyst can become smaller and lighter itself,the bone density has been increased.It had its new bone formation varying degrees.Conclusion:During the baby teeth developing or sprouting,the teeth roots haven't finished developing,expect that after pofket suture,it can be teeth cyst which is sprouting normally;for the bigger mandibular and maxillary cyst,the dead cavity left after excising and the patients who can't bear the cyst excision because of the serious system disease.Using the forming cystitomy excision is a kind of effective method.It is worth to infer in the grass-roots medical institution.
