青蒿素对肝癌抑制作用的实验研究

目的:观察青蒿素对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22的细胞活力、增殖抑制作用、生长曲线的影响。方法:采用台盼兰染液染色细胞数细胞计数法、MTT比色法、细胞数细胞计数法分别检测不同浓度青蒿素对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22的细胞活力、增殖抑制作用、生长曲线的影响。结果:青蒿素在不同浓度能分别明显抑制H22细胞的增殖,并具有时间和浓度的依赖性(P均<0.05);不同浓度的青蒿素作用后,均对H22细胞活力产生了抑制作用,呈剂量时间、依赖方式(P均<0.05);不同浓度的青蒿素均影响H22细胞生长曲线,浓度越高,影响更加明显(P<0.01)。结论:青蒿素能有效抑制H22的细胞活力、细胞增殖和影响其生长曲线,有望成为简单、有效而经济的治疗肝癌药物。

Inhibitory Effect of Artemisinin on Hepatoma H22 Cells

Objective:To investigate the inhibition of artemisinin toward mouse H22 cells in vitro.Methods:Cell counting staining of trypan blue,MTT colouration and cell counting were used for detecting the effect of artemisinin on cells' vigor,proliferation and growth curve in vitro.Results:Artemisinin inhibited H22 cells' vigor,and the effect depended on the concentration(P<0.05)or time(P<0.05);Artemisinin inhibited H22 cells' proliferation and the effect was stronger when concentration was higher(P<0.05)or time was longer(P<0.05);Artemisinin showed effect on H22 cells' growth curve,which depended on concentration(P<0.05).Conclusion:Artemisinin effectively inhibite H22 cells'vigor,proliferation and growth curve in vitro,which may be a simple,effective,and economical treatment for liver cancer.
