| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨晚期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床处理方法。方法:对1997年1月至2006年12月本院治疗的80例晚期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:80例晚期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者中经阴道分娩12例,剖宫产68例。剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术54例,剖宫产并子宫次全切除术2例。剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术,手术失血量和手术时间没有显著增加。结论:晚期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的患者在剖宫产时行肌瘤剔除术是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | objective:To investigae clinical treatments of late pregnancy and uterine myoma.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on data of 80 cases of late pregnant women with uterine myoma treated in our hospital from January 1997 to December 2006.Results:Among 80 cases of late pregnant women with uterine myoma,12 delivered by vagina,68 delivered by cesarean section.There were 54 cases myomectomy performed during cesarean section,2 cases cesarean subtotal hysterectomy.The intraoperative blood loss and operative time were not significantly increased.Conclusion:For late pregnant women with uterine myoma,it is security to perform myomectomy during cesarean section. |
