摘    要:目的报告AO微创内固定系统(less invasive stabilization system,LISS)治疗胫骨近端骨折短期疗效,结合文献,着重探讨LISS手术相关问题。方法本组4例,左侧2例,右侧2例。骨折AO分型:A型1例,为A3型;B型1例,为B3型;C型2例,其中C2 1例,C3 1例。开放性骨折1例,闭合性骨折3例。受伤至手术时间5~30d。均应用胫骨近端LISS内固定治疗。结果本组4例均得到随访,切口均一期愈合,X线平片复查示骨折对位、对线良好。随访时间6~12个月,平均9个月,膝关节功能按Merchan等评分标准评定。本组优3例,可1例。结论LISS对胫骨近端骨折是一种有效的微创内固定治疗方法,术中不需植骨,术后并发症少。效果确切。

Abstract:Objective To report short-term outcomes of treatment of proximal tibia fractures with AO less invasive stabilization system (LISS) and discuss the operation problems of LISS with reference to related literatures.Methods Four male patients with proximal tibia fractures were reviewed.According to the AO fracture classification,one case was type A_3,one case type B_3,one case type C_2 and one case type C_3.One case was open fracture while three cases were close fracture.The time interval between the injury and the operation ranged from 5 days to 30 days.All the four cases were treated with the proximal tibia LISS.Results All patients were followed up 6 up to 12 months (average 9 months).Primary healing for the incision occurred and good alignment was found in the plain X-ray film in all cases.According to the scoring systems of Merchan for the function of the knee joint,three patients had excellent result;one patient had a fair result.Conclusion LISS is an effective and minimally invasive internal fixation method for treatment of proximal tibia fractures with less complication.No primary cancellous bone grafting is needed.
