| 摘 要： | 本文将世界制药工业与我国制药企业的专利保护现状进行了对比，并对东北地区38家制药企业进行了调研，分析了这些企业不重视专利的具体表现，在此基础上就如何实施专利战略提出了几点看法。

| Abstract: | In this article, the present condition of patent protection of pharmaceutical enterprises in China is compared with that in developed countries. We have investigated 38 pharmaceutical factories in northeast China and analyzed the specific manifestations of ignoring patent protection in these factories. On the above basis, some views are presented on the strategy of implementing patent. |
