| 摘 要： | 目的：建立抗病毒口服液的HPLC指纹图谱。方法：利用DAD检测器，通过药材阴性和阳性对照试验进行原药材与成品的相关性研究，结果：建立了有22个特征峰的HPLC指纹图谱，确定了指纹图谱中特征峰的药材归属。结论：此研究将有助于提高该制剂的质量控制水平。

The HPLC Fingerprint Analysis of Antivirus Oral Medicinal Liquid |

| Abstract: | AIM:To study and to establish the fingerprint of antivirus oral medicinal liquid.METHOD:The method adopts DAD's detector, and uses negatively and makes contrasts of the medicinal materials to research the pertinence of the primary medicinal materials and end product.RESULT:We established 22 HPLC's fingerprint collections of illustrative plates of characteristic peak , and defined that the medicinal materials of characteristic peak belonged to the fingerprint.CONCLUSION:The study will contribute to raising the quality control standard of antivirus oral medicinal liquid. |
