Disc-FX系统辅助下经皮髓核钳夹术并射频消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛

摘    要:目的观察Disc-FX系统辅助下经皮髓核钳夹术、射频消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的的临床疗效。方法 2010年6月~2011年5月,采用Disc-FX系统辅助下经皮髓核钳夹术、射频消融术治疗并获得随访椎间盘源性腰痛53例,男24例,女29例;年龄29~56岁,中位年龄38岁。对术前和术后1周、6个月、12个月、18个月及24个月随访采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scales,VAS)评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评价临床疗效。末次随访按改良Macnab标准评价临床疗效。结果术后1周、6个月、12个月及24个月ODI和VAS评分与术前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 Disc-FX系统辅助下采用经皮髓核钳夹、射频消融等综合技术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效良好。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nucleus clamping and radiofrequency ablation assisted by Disc-FX system for the treatment of discogenic low back pain, and to provide the basis for clinical therapy. Methods From June 2010 to May 2011, 53 cases with discogenic low back pain underwent percutaneous nucleus clamping technique and radio frequency ablation assisted by Disc-FX system, and were followed up, including 24 males and 29 females, and with the median was 38 years old (ranged 29-56 years).Visual analogue scales(VAS) score and Oswestry disability index(ODI) were used to evaluate the clinical curative effect at preoperative, postoperative 1 week, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months. At the final follow-up, the clinical effect was also evaluated according to Macnab standard.Results The ODI and VAS score at postoperative 1 week,6 months, 12 months and 24 months had significant differences compared with preoperative data (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment including percutaneous nucleus clamping and radiofrequency ablation assisted by Disc-FX system have a good clinical curative effect for low back pain.
