动脉粥样硬化大鼠正中隆起生长抑素免疫反应阳性纤维的变化

摘    要:使用免疫细胞化学PAP法和计算机图象分析技术,对动脉粥样硬化大鼠下丘脑正中隆起内生长抑素免疫反应(SRIF-ir)阳性纤维的变化进行了半定量研究。结果如下:SRIF-ir阳性纤维主要分布于正中隆起的纤维带和栅状带内,但动脉粥样硬化大鼠的阳性纤维较对照组明显减少,实验组和对照组阳性纤维的积分光密度(IOD)分别为(1.18104±0.2243)和(1.7989±0.3672)。该研究从形状学角度证实,动脉粥样硬化大鼠下丘脑SRIF-ir阳性纤维向正中隆起的投射减少,从而提示:下丘脑SRIF通过下丘脑-垂体通道对动脉粥样硬化的形成可能具有一定影响。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship of peptidergic neurons in hypothalamus to atheroscle-rosis through hypothalamus-hypophysis axis,the changes in somatotropin release inhibit-ing factor immunoreactive(SRIF-ir)fibers of hypothalamic median eminence in rats withatherosclerosis was studied semiquantitatively by immunocytochemical PAP method and im-age analysis of the computer.The distribution of SRIF-ir fibers was observed under micro-scope. The results showed that SRIF-ir fibers were seen in fibrous zone and palisade zone ofmedian eininence,but they were less in the atherosclerotic rats than those in control group.The average of the integral optical density(IOD)were 1.18104 + 0.2243 and 1.7989 + 0.3672 respectively in the atherosclerotic and control rats. From morphological point of view,this paper has evidenced the reduced projection of SRIF-ir fibers from hypothalamus to medi-an eminence in rats with atherosclerosis.It is suggested that SRIF peptides of hypothalamusmight have influence on the development and/or control of atherosclerosis through hypotha-lamus-hypophysis axis,but the mechanism of action requires further study.
