放疗联合PFL化疗方案治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效

目的：探讨放疗联合PFL化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：将本院收治的92例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予PFL化疗方案，观察组在此基础上联用放疗，观察两组的临床疗效和受益情况。结果：观察组临床有效率为64．7％，对照组临床有效率为39．0％，两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组生存率、KPS评分及疼痛评价等临床受益情况也显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：放疗联合PFL化疗治疗恶性肿瘤疗效显著，患者生活质量也能得到显著改善。

The Clinical Efficacy of Radiotherapy Combined with PFL Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Malignant Tumors
