神经元特异性烯醇化酶在中枢神经功能损伤中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在中枢神经功能损伤中的表达及意义。方法:根据中枢神经损伤情况分为重度损伤组和轻度损伤组,观察两组患者中枢神经损伤程度与外周血清NSE水平的关系及两组患者预后情况。结果:中枢神经损伤重度患者的外周血清NSE水平明显高于轻度患者,随访1年,重度损伤组预后良好6例,轻度损伤组预后良好14例,两组间NSE水平和预后比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:中枢神经损伤程度与外周血清NSE水平密切相关,损伤程度越重外周血清NSE水平越高,患者预后情况越差。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the expression and significance of neuron-specific enolase in the central nervous system damage. Method: According to the central nervous system injuries, the patients were divided into the severe injury group and mild group, to observe the relationship between the degree of central nervous system injury in patients and peripheral serum levels of NSE and prognosis of the situation. Result: The peripheral serum NSE levels of severe injury group was significantly higher than the mild group, 1-year follow-up, 6 cases with good prognosis in severe injury group, 14 cases with a good prognosis in mild group, the NSE levels and prognosis of the two groups were significant differences (P〈0.05) . Conclusion: The degree of central nervous system injury is closely related to the peripheral serum levels of NSE.
