经皮骶髂螺钉固定技术治疗骨盆骨折的探讨

目的：探讨经皮骶髂螺钉固定技术治疗骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2008年10月-2011年10月收支骨盆骨折30例患者，临床采用经皮骶髂螺钉固定技术治疗，并观察其临床治疗效果。结果：30例手术均成功，无死亡病例，并且所有患者没有出现并发症，通过随访5～16个月，骨盆骨折患者治疗后与治疗前有明显改善，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：经皮骶髂螺钉固定技术治疗骨盆骨折手术创伤小、并发症少，并且还能够获得良好的功能恢复，是临床治疗骨盆骨折的效果最好的方法。

Percutaneous Sacroiliac Screw Fixation Techniques in the Treatment of Pelvic Fracture

Objective： To investigate the percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation of pelvic fracture.Method： Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008 October to 2011 October revenue of pelvic fracture in 30 patients, the clinical use of percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation techniques in the treatment of, and observe its clinical therapeutic effect.Result： 30 cases of operation were successful, no 1 patients died, and all patients had no complications, through the follow-up of 5-16 months, pelvic fracture patients before and after treatment are improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation techniques in the treatment of pelvic fracture with operation trauma, fewer complications, and can obtain good functional recovery, clinical treatment is the best method of pelvic fracture.
