关节镜下有效选择性治疗中老年膝关节骨眭关节炎

目的：探讨中老年膝关节骨性关节炎（OA）患者关节镜下有效选择性治疗的疗效。方法：关节镜下选择性清理增生肥厚的滑膜、皱襞,关节软骨剥脱区软骨碎片,刨削修整撕裂的半月板,磨削骨性阻挡,取出游离体,等离子刀射频成型。结果：关节镜下有效选择性清理术创伤小、疼痛轻、并发症少、功能恢复快。术后优良率88．9％。结论：有效选择性治疗可缓解症状,改善功能,提高生活质量,延缓关节退变进程。

The Effect of Arthroscopic Selective Treatment in Middle and Old Age Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective： To discuss the effect of arthroscopic selective treatment in middle and old age patients with knee osteoarthritis （ OA ） . Method： Cleaning up hypertrophic synovial plica and cartilage debris in peel region of articular cartilage selectively by using arthroscopy, then chipping and trimming torn meniscus, grinding bone block, removing loose bodies, plasma knife RF molding.Result： It makes smaller trauma, less pain, fewer complications and quicker recovery by arthroscopic selective debridement.The excellent and good rate is 88.9%.Conclusion： The effectively selective treatment can relieve symptoms, improve function, increase the quality of life, and delay the process of ioint degeneration.
