腰-硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中的应用价值

目的：探讨腰-硬联合麻醉在妇产科剖宫产术中的临床应用价值。方法：将114例需要手术的妇产科妊娠期高血压疾病患者随机分为腰-硬联合麻醉组74例，连续硬膜外麻醉组30例，全身麻醉组10例，比较分析各组麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：与其他两组相比，腰-硬联合麻醉组患者起效时间短、阻滞效果好，平均动脉压较低，但低血压发生率较高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），三组不良反应发生率和新生儿阿普加评分相似，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：只要控制好麻醉平面，把握好术中患者血容量，腰-硬联合麻醉在剖宫产手术中是安全有效的。

The Value of SpinaI-Epidural Anesthesia for Cesarean Section
