| 摘 要： | 目的：分析护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制及并发症的预防作用。方法：选取人住本院高血压患者164例，在患者住院期间对其进行心理护理、饮食指导、运动指导、用药干预、及并发症知识等方面的综合护理干预。结果：164例高血压患者接受护理干预6个月后，血压得到良好的控制，且患者的生活方式、体重超标、心理失衡均得到有效的改善。结论：护理干预在老年高血压患者中效果突出，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the role of nursing intervention on prevention of elderly hypertensive patients with blood pressure control and complications.Method： Check our hospital 164 cases of patients with hypertension, its psychological care during hospitalization, dietary guidance, exercise guidance, drug intervention, and complications knowledge of comprehensive nursing intervention. Result： 164 hypertensive patients receiving care six months after the intervention, the blood pressure is well controlled and the patient＇s lifestyle, overweight, psychological imbalance effective improvement. Conclusion： Nursing intervention effects in elderly hypertensive patients, the promotional value. |
