改良产后出血预测评分表在防治宫缩乏力性出血中的价值

目的：探讨改良产后出血预测评分表在防治宫缩乏力性出血中的价值。方法：选取2011年10月-2012年10月于本院采用改良产后出血预测评分表进行评估的100例孕产妇为观察组，同期采用传统产后出血预测评分表进行评估的100例孕产妇为对照组，比较两组孕产妇的产后2、12、24h出血量，产后出血发生率，产后0．5、1、2及6h的宫缩强度。结果：观察组产后2、12、24h出血量均小于对照组，产后出血发生率低于对照组，而产后0．5、1、2及6h的宫缩强度均大于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：改良产后出血预测评分表在防治宫缩乏力性出血中的价值较高，且可有效评估患者的情况并进行干预，从而达到改善宫缩、预防产后出血的目的。

The Value of Improved Postpartum Hemorrhage Forecast Score Sheet in the Prevention and Treatment of Uterine Atony Bleeding

Objective： To investigate the value of improved postpartum hemorrhage forecast score sheet in the prevention and treatment of uterine atony bleeding. Method： 100 cases with improved postpartum hemorrhage forecast score sheet from October 2011 to October 2012 for assessment were set as the observation group, and 100 cases with traditional postpartum hemorrhage forecast score sheet over the same period were chosen as the control group. The amount of bleeding 2 h, 12 h, and 24 h after birth, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, and contraction strength 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, and 6 h after birth were taken for comparison. Result： The bleeding amount 2 h, 12 h, 24 h after birth of the observation group was less than that of the control group. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of observation group was lower than that of the control group. The contraction strength 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, and 6 h after birth of observation group was greater than that of the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Improved postpartum hemorrhage forecast score sheet is more valuable in the prevention and treatment of the uterine inertia bleeding, and it can effectively assess the patient ＇ s condition and intervene to improve the contractions and the purpose of the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.
