健康教育干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果评价

目的：探讨健康教育干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析2009—2011年平湖人民医院收治的89例妊娠期糖尿病住院患者的临床资料，对患者采取系统性的健康教育干预，观察健康教育干预前后的效果。结果：本组89例妊娠期糖尿病患者经健康教育干预后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖较干预前均有显著下降，健康行为较干预前有显著改善，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施健康教育干预对于控制患者血糖，促进健康行为具有重要的意义。

Effect Evaluation of Health Education Intervention in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective： To explore the effect of health education intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Method： A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 89 eases with gestational diabetes mellitus in hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were operated, taken a systematic health edueation intervention to patients, observed effect before and after the intervention.Result ： Afierheahhedueationintervention, fasting blood glucase and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the 89 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly decreased than those before intervention, health behavior improved significantly than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Taking health education intervention to patients with gestationaI diabetes mellitus has important significance for controlling blood glucose, and promoting health behavior.
