子宫动脉栓塞术联合5-氟尿嘧啶局部注射和适当刮宫术治疗宫颈妊娠

目的：观察并评价子宫动脉栓塞术联合5-氟尿嘧啶局部注射和适当刮宫术治疗宫颈妊娠的临床疗效。方法：对2008年6月-2012年6月在本院治疗的43名宫颈妊娠患者采用子宫动脉栓塞术联合5-氟尿嘧啶局部注射和适当刮宫术治疗。结果：术后与术前相比，B—hCG呈明显下降趋势，30d后基本趋于正常水平，与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。B超显示，术后30d，宫颈体积基本正常，与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术联合5-氟尿嘧啶局部注射和适当刮宫术治疗宫颈妊娠安全有效，值得临床推广。

Uterine Artery Embolization Combined 5-fluorouracil Local Injection and Appropriate Uterine Curettage Operation for Cervical Pregnancy

Objective： To observe and evaluate uterine artery embolization combined 5-fluorouracil local injection and appropriate surgical treatment of uterine curettage cervical pregnancy clinical curative effect.Method： From June 2008 to June 2012, 43 patients were treated with cervical pregnancy uterine artery embolization combined 5-fluorouracil local injection and appropriate surgical treatment of uterine curettage.Result： Compared with the preoperative, 13 -hCG is obvious downtrend, 30 days after basic tend to normal level, and compared with preoperative has significant difference. B ultrasonic display, postoperative 30 days, cervical volume basic normal, and compared with preoperative has significant difference.Conclusion： Uterine artery embolization combined 5-fluorouracil local injection and appropriate surgical treatment of uterine curettage cervical pregnancy is safe and effective, it is worth clinical promotion.
