无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效分析

目的：探讨无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年1月一2011年12月本院收治的80例患者，按照随机分为研究组38例与对照组42例。研究组采用无张力疝修补术进行治疗，对照组采用传统疝修补术治疗，比较两组患者的住院时间、手术时间、住院费用、术后恢复时间、并发症及复发情况。结果：两组手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；两组患者的住院时间、住院费用，术后恢复时问比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组并发症发生率、复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：无张力疝修补术操作变捷、并发症少，复发率低、适合在基层医院推广用。

Analysis the Curative Effect of Non- tension Herniorrhaphy and Traditional Herniorrhaphy Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

Objective： To explore the clinic effecy of non- tension herniorrhaphy and traditional herniorrhaphy treatment of inguinal hernia curative. Method： Choose 80 patients in January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, the rearch group 38 cases and control group 42 cases.The reareeh group take non- tension herniorrhaphy and control group take raditional herniorrhaphy. Compared between the two groups of patients in hospital time,, operation time, charge of hospital, postoperative recovery time, complications and recurrence.Result： Compare operation time of two groups of patients , the difference was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） ; Compared hospital stay, hospital charges, postoperative recovery time of two groups of patients, difference significant, there is statistical significance （ P〈 0.05 ） . Compare complication rates, recurrence rate of two groups of patients, difference significant, there is statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Non- tension herniorrhaphy operation variable rapid, fewer complications, and the recurrence rate is low, the suitable in basic-level hosoitals wilh oromotion.
