盐酸氨溴索不同给药方式对小儿肺炎疗效的影响

目的：研究盐酸氨溴索不同给药方式对小儿肺炎疗效的影响。方法：分析本院2011年1月--2012年9月收治的150例小儿肺炎患者的临床资料，随机分为A、B、C、D四组，A组（常规组）30例、B组（雾化吸入组）40例、C组（静脉滴注组）40例、D组（1：3服组）40例，比较分析四组患者治疗后症状体征、肺部x片改变等临床疗效。结果：B组（吸人组）临床症状体征消失、体温恢复正常及平均住院时间均明显优于其他三组，差异有统计学意义（P〈005）。结论：现行给药方式中，以盐酸氨溴索联合氧气雾化吸人给药方式在疗效、安全性、不良反应和患者接受程度上具有明显优势，将逐渐代替其他给药途径在临床治疗中广泛应用。

Influences of Different Modes of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Administration on Treatment Effect of Pediatric Pneumonia

Objective： To investigate the influences of different modes of ambroxol hydrochloride administration on treatment effect of pediatric pneumonia. Method： Clinical data on 150 patients with pediatric pneumonia in our hospital between January 2011 and September 2012 were analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into four groups, with A group （ the routine group ） of 30 cases, B group （ the nebulized inhalation group ） of 40 cases, C group （ the intravenous drip group ） of 40 cases and D group （ the oral group ） of 40 cases. The clinical effects such as changes of symptom, sign and lung in X-ray plain film of patients in four groups after treatment were compared and analyzed. Result： Disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs, normal recovery of body temperature and average length of hospital stay of the patients in B group （ the nebulized inhalation group ） were significantly better than those in the other three groups, with a statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： In current modes of drug administration, the mode of nebulized inhalation of ambroxoI hydrochloride combined with oxygen has distinct advantages on treatment effect, safety, untoward reaction and acceptance of patient, which will replace other modes of drug administration gradually and be widely used in clinical treatment.
