小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

目的：探讨小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：68例子宫肌瘤患者口服米非司酮治疗,12．5mg,1次／d,睡前服用,连服3月。结果：68例子宫肌瘤患者均闭经,贫血症状纠正,血红蛋白指标出现上升,在围绝经期的患者可致绝经,肌瘤体积缩小。结论：小剂量米非司酮在子宫肌瘤的治疗中起到了一定的效果,治疗后的不良反应小,可以作为子宫肌瘤的一种保守治疗方法。
