心理干预和社会支持对于高血压患者的效果观察

目的：研究分析对高血压者采用心理护理干预以及社会支持的效果。方法：将82例高血压患者和82例血压正常的人通过症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行对照研究。结果：高血压患者心理问题发生率较高，显著高于对照组。高血压前期患者在症状自评量表各分量表、社会支持评定量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表等方面的评分显著差于对照组的正常健康人群。结论：高血压患者存在心理问题，应针对心理问题和相关因素采取综合的防治措施。

Effect of Psychological Intervention and Social Support for Hypertension Patients

Objective： To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention and social support for hypertension.Method： 82 hypertensive patients and 82 patients with normal blood pressure who through the Symptom Checklist, Social Support Rating Scale, anxiety and self-rating scale, self-rating depression scale controlled study.Result： Hypertension incidence was higher in patients with psychological problems, was significantly higher than that of the control group. Prehypertension in symptom checklist subscales, Social Support Rating Scale, anxiety self-rating scale, self-rating depression scale score significantly worse than the control group of normal healthy people. Conclusion： High blood pressure in patients with psychological problems should be taken by the relevant factors for psychological problems and a comprehensive prevention and control measures.
