颅内血肿微创清除术治疗重症高血压脑出血的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨颅内血肿微刨清除术治疗重症高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:将2010年10月-2011年10月于本院诊治的98例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为微创治疗组和保守治疗组,每组49例。微创治疗组使用YL-1型血肿穿刺针进行颅内血肿微创清除手术,保守治疗组采用保守内科治疗。观察记录两组患者术后血肿清除情况,神经功能恢复、日常生活能力及并发症情况。结果:微创治疗组血肿清除的时间明显较保守治疗组短,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);微创治疗组神经功能有效恢复的比率及日常生活能力有效改善的比率明显高于保守治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);微创治疗组并发症发生率较保守治疗组低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:颅内血肿微创清除术治疗重症高血压脑出血疗效显著,能够减少血肿清除的时间,降低死亡率,改善患者生活质量。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in curing severe hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.Method: 98 patients with severe hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into minimally invasive treatment group and conservative treatment group. Minimally invasive treatment group were adopted minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma with YL-1 type puncture needle, and conservative treatment group were adopted conservative medical treatment, then clinical therapeutic effect and activity of daily living were observed.Result: The hematoma evacuation time in minimally invasive treatment group was shorter than in conservative treatment group ( P〈0.05 ) ; The rate of neurological function recovery in minimally invasive treatment group was higher than in conservative treatment group ( P〈0.05 ) ; The activity of daily living and the complication rate in minimally invasive treatment group was better than conservative treatment group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma is superior to conservative treatment in the recovery of nerve function and activities of daily living. Its therapeutic effect in curing hypertension cerebral hemorrhage is better than conservative treatment.
