论健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响

目的：探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为与自我管理能力的影响，改善糖尿病患者疾病防治的顺从性与不良生活习惯，提高患者的遵医行为。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷“糖尿病相关知识知晓情况”调查表和“糖尿病患者遵医行为”调查表，对126例住院确诊的2型糖尿病患者入院时及治疗后6个月发放调查问卷，进行分别调查，分析比较健康教育前后患者对糖尿病知识的知晓情况和遵医行为的变化。结果：经系统健康教育后患者对糖尿病知识知晓情况和遵医行为有显著提高。结论：经过系统健康教育可提高糖尿病患者对疾病的认识，提高其遵医行为，有效控制血糖和预防并发症。

The Effect of Health Education on Obedience of Diabetic Patients

Objective： To discuss the effect of health education on obedience and Self-Management of diabetic patients and improve their obedience to doctors, and to correct their bad living habits. Method： 126 patients diagnosed T2DM in hospital were questioned with questionnaire designed by ourselves. They were inquired at the beginning of hospitalization and 6 months later. Compare their knowledge about diabetes and obedience before and after health education. Result： After systematic health education, patients＇ knowledge about diabetes and obedience were apparently improved. Conclusion： After systematic health education, patients knew much more about diabetes and their obedience was greatly improved, which has a good use to control blood suear and t~revent complications.
