康复新液配合大口径肛管在预防直肠癌术后吻合口瘘中的应用

目的：探讨康复新液配合大口径肛管在直肠癌术后预防吻合口瘘发生的临床应用效果。方法：将307例接受手术治疗的直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组159例只用大口径肛管进行术后吻合口瘘的预防，观察组148例患者在对照组基础上加用康复新液。结果：观察组148例患者在术后无一例患者发生吻合口瘘的情况，对照组159例患者当中有5例发生吻合口瘘，发生率为3．14％，观察组显著优于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：康复新液与大口径肛管配合应用，不仅该方法涉及材料简单，操作简便，且能够免除患者不必要的痛苦，对直肠癌术后发生吻合口瘘具理想的预防效果，值得I陆床推广应用。

Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Large Caliber of Anal Canal in the Prevention of Anastomotic Leakage After Resection for Rectal Carcinoma Application

Objective： To investigate the Kangfuxin Liquid with large caliber anal rectal cancer prevention ol anastomotxc fistula clinical application effect.Method： 307 cases underwent operation treatment of rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 159 cases in the control group only with large caliber anal canal for prevention of anastomotic fistula in postoperative, the observation group 148 cases in the control group plus Kangfuxin liquid.Result： In the observation group, 148 patients in 1 patients without postoperative anastomotic fistula, and 159 cases in control group with 5 cases of anastomotic fistula, occurrence rate is 3.14%, the observation group was better than the control group, with significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Kangfuxin Liquid with large caliber anal with application, not only the method involves simple materials, easy operation, and can avoid unnecessary pain to the patients with rectal cancer, postoperative anastomotic fistula with ideal prevention effect, worthy of clinical application.
